HORSE ASSISTED HIKER PACKAGE

$175.00 CDN /person/night, 2 nights minimum stay
$125.00 CDN/person for the 3rd night for a 3 nights stay.
$100.00 CDN/night for children under 12 years old/night .
Rates include private log cabin accommodation, dinner, breakfast and lunch bag to take with you, and freighting service by pack horses, up to 15 lb.(7 kg) of duffle per hiker. Please refer to freighting schedule for days when packs/duffle can go in and out of camp.
HIKER PACKAGE-without freight service
$170.00 CDN per person per night, no minimum stay required.
$95.00 CDN/night for children under 12 years old.
Rates include private log cabin accommodation, dinner, breakfast and lunch bag to take with you.
Note:Freighting service is available at an additional cost of $2.00/lb ( 0.5 kg) and is subject to the schedule below.
MEALS ONLY PACKAGE- breakfast and dinner
Based on availability, breakfast and dinner are available for Hikers staying at Curator campsite. Reservation and full payment required one week before.
Breakfast includes fresh muffins, fruits, oatmeal, egg dish or pancakes/French toasts, bacon/sausage , coffee, tea & juices. Price: ,
Dinner includes main course, cooked vegetable, fresh salad and dessert.
Breakfast $ 18.00/person Dinner $ 30.00 per person
Prices do not include
tax and gratuity.
Freight Schedule
The freight service is available on specific dates only. The schedule may change during peak time, therefore we recommend to check with us one week before your trip.
Tuesday and Saturday: freight available from our stables at the Jasper Park Lodge to Shovel Pass Lodge. Duffle should be brought to our office before 8:30 am on those days or the day before between 8:00 - 5:00 pm.
Thursday and Monday: freight available from Shovel Pass Lodge to our stables at the Jasper Park Lodge. Duffle/packs will be available for pick-up at the office between 3:00 and 5:00 pm on those days or the next days between 8:00-5:00 pm.
ADDITONAL COST
A 5% GST (Goods & Service Tax) will be added to all rates.
DISCOUNT
10% discount for groups of 10 or more.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For backcountry trips, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total trip cost is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due the morning of the trip departure. While non-refundable, deposits are transferable to a trip the following year if our office receives notice 30 days prior to your trip departure. Please note that an administration fee will be kept in that circumstance: $25.00 per hiker and $75.00 per rider.
No refunds will be given on any trip in progress, for cancellation within 30 days of trip departure, for cancellation due to bad weather conditions or for medical injuries prior trip.
PAYMENT
Deposit: personal cheques, Visa or Master Card. Please note that credit cards are not accepted for group booking.
Balance payment: cash, debit, personal cheque or travelers cheques.
