Indemnities
All riders
will be required to sign a waiver of risk and
indemnity. It is recommended to purchase travel,
health and cancellation insurance.
Restrictions
Riders must
be over 10 year of age and under 230 pounds in
weight.
No riding experience is necessary.
No pets allowed in camp.

Deposit
PLEASE READ
CAREFULLY, THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.
For backcountry trips, a 50%
non-refundable deposit of the total trip cost is
required. The balance is due the morning of the trip
departure.
While non-refundable, deposits are transferable to a
trip the following year if our office receives
notice 30 days prior to your trip departure. Please
note that an administration fee will be kept in that
circumstance: $75.00/Rider or $25.00/Hiker.
No refunds will be given on any trip in progress,
for cancellation under 30 days of trip departure or
for cancellation due to bad weather condition.
Receipts will be issued for all monies received
which will indicate GST amount paid.
Payment
We accept
cash, personal and traveler’s cheques. Credit card
(Visa or Mastercard) may be used for deposits only.
